Ocean Bloom Aquatics’ DOA guarantee applies exclusively to corals shipped via carrier. DOA coverage does not apply to any non-shipped orders.
To qualify for DOA consideration:
Claims must be submitted within 2 hours of the carrier’s first delivery attempt
Clear photos must show the coral in its original, unopened shipping bag
The coral must meet the criteria defined in the full DOA policy
